Zusammenfassung

Als akutes Koronarsyndrom wird eine akute thorakale Beschwerdesymptomatik verstanden bei der anhand von Anamnese, Risikoprofil und Vitalparametern eine zugrundeliegende Koronarischämie vermutet wird. Anhand der weiterführenden Diagnostik mittels EKG und Labor (Troponin) ist eine weitere Differenzierung in ST-Hebungsinfarkt (STEMI), Nicht-ST-Hebungsinfarkt (NSTEMI) sowie instabile Angina pectoris möglich. Neben einer effektiven anti-anginösen sowie anti-thrombozytären Medikation wird in aller Regel eine frühzeitige Koronarintervention mittels Herzkatheter (Ballondilatation, Stentimplantation) angestrebt, um den (durch eine Plaqueruptur und Thrombusentstehung) eingeschränkten Koronarfluss wieder herzustellen.
