After aortic clamping HTK cardioplegia was infused via the left and the right coronary ostia.
During the cooling phase, aortic root was prepared.
Previously placed graft was removed.
Leaflets were normal. And the coaptation was good. So valve-sparing surgery was confirmed.
Three commissure stained sutures were placed. The right coronary parting was prepared.
Right sinus was dissected as low as possible to annulus.
