Abstract

Die Varikose ist eine der häufigsten Erkrankungen des Menschen. Ältere epidemiologische Studien (Weiß 2002) zeigten, dass bei 56 % der Untersuchten Varizen nachweisbar waren, bei 12 % wurde die Varikose als medizinisch bedeutsam angesehen.
