Zusammenfassung
Im Folgenden werden die konventionellen gefäßchirurgischen Rekonstruktionsverfahren im Einzelnen vorgestellt. Modifikationen und Kombinationen der verschiedenen Techniken sind dabei in der Praxis keine Seltenheit und werden nach Bedarf vorgenommen. Die Wahl des operativen, endovaskulären Verfahrens oder auch der Kombination aus beiden Techniken richtet sich nach dem morphologischen Veschlussmuster. Lokalisierte Läsionen werden in der Regel primär endovaskulär, diffuse und ausgedehnte Prozesse meist primär offen-chirurgisch angegangen (Tab. 1).
