Zusammenfassung
In Zeiten von Social Media und schnelllebiger digitalen Kommunikation ringen Markenartikel-Hersteller um die richtige Wachstumsstrategie. Während der Vertrieb auf kurzfristige, oft promotionsgetriebene Umsatzerfolge fokussiert, sind Markenmanager am langfristigen Markenaufbau interessiert. Unterschiedliche Zielsetzungen innerhalb von Unternehmen erschweren es, die richtige Strategie für ein nachhaltiges Markenwachstum zu finden. Markensteuerung muss jedoch ganzheitlich erfolgen. Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass die von den verschiedenen Stakeholdern genutzten Informationsquellen integriert werden. Hierbei sind Markterfolg, der Aufbau langfristiger Markenbeziehungen , sowie die Schaffung starker Markenerlebnisse die zentralen Elemente einer holistischen und integrativen Status-Quo Analyse. Diese bildet die Ausgangsbasis für zukünftige Strategieentscheidungen im Markenmanagement und ermöglichen es, gezielte und abgestimmte Handlungsempfehlungen für Vertrieb und Marketing abzuleiten.

Für den B2B- sowie Health Care Professional-Bereich wurden aufgrund der spezifischen Marktgegebenheiten jeweils eigenständige Messansätze entwickelt. Zusammenfassend stellt die GfK somit ein umfassendes Framework zur Messung von Markenbeziehungen zur Verfügung, das den Spezifika unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen und Märkte Rechnung trägt.
