Zusammenfassung

Prinzipiell zu unterscheiden sind altersabhängig physiologische Fehlhaltungen von strukturellen Fehlstellungen des Fußes. Zu ersteren gehören der physiologische Knicksenkfuß, der physiologische Plattfuß und die Spitzfußhaltung beim physiologischen Zehenspitzengang des Kleinkinds. Pathologisch und damit behandlungsbedürftig sind der flexible Plattfuss mit Verkürzung der Wadenmuskulatur, verschiedene Ausprägungen des Sichelfußes, der angeborene Klumpfuß, der Talus verticalis mit konsekutivem Tintenlöscherfuß, der Hohlfuß und der mit einer Kontraktur/Verkürzung der Wadenmuskulatur einhergehende Spitzfuß.
