Zusammenfassung
Durch das Wechselspiel der auf die Wirbelsäule einwirkenden statischen und dynamischen Faktoren entwickelt sich im Wachstumsverlauf die endgültige Wirbelsäulenform. Nach der anfänglichen kyphotischen Wirbelsäulenhaltung in utero und im Neugeborenenalter folgt mit Beginn des Laufens die Entwicklung der Lumballordose, wobei dabei auch eine mäßige Hyperlordose physiologisch ist. Erst vor der Pubertät bildet sich die endgültige Haltungsform der Wirbelsäule mit ihren harmonischen Krümmungen aus. Im Alter überwiegt wieder die kyphotische Haltung.
