Definition
Since a single theory or perspective may be inadequate for the organization of healthcare services, an integrated multiperspective approach is needed.
Introduction
Healthcare is not only a complex sector; it is also multidisciplinary because collaboration among different knowledge streams is required to deliver a good quality of healthcare. Healthcare providers have a responsibility to make sure that the patients are satisfied with the services and they recover with minimal complications. Nowadays, episodic reimbursement methods are increasingly being adopted to ensure that both efficiency and quality are integrated into healthcare services delivery. This is the reason why organization of healthcare services delivery requires a careful thought.
