Good health refers to a harmonious state of mind, body, and soul, in the absence of any illness, disability, or deformity.
The future that is consistent, steady, sustainable, productive, and promising is considered as stable future.
Introduction
Health is an important determinant of survival or sustainability of an individual. Since ancient times, the human focus mostly remained on maintaining a healthy state. The basic needs of life (food, shelter and sex) intend at restoration of health and survival. The theory of evolution of Charles Darwin emphasizes about survival of the fittest in the evolutionary race. The survivors are the fittest. To become fittest, an individual need to be healthy enough to overcome natural adversities.
