Iterative Learning Control

Abstract

Iterative Learning Control addresses tracking control where the repetition of a task allows improved tracking accuracy from task to task. The area inherits the analysis and design issues of classical control but adds convergence conditions for task to task learning, the need for acceptable task-to-task performance and the implications of modeling errors for task-to-task robustness.
