Zusammenfassung

Die Digitalisierung von Arbeit betrifft nicht nur Produktionstechnologien, sondern die gesamten Abläufe eines Unternehmens. Im besonderen Maße ist der Bereich des Wissensmanagements betroffen, dessen Aufgabe darin besteht, die Transformation zu Arbeit 4.0 zu unterstützen. Dieser Beitrag diskutiert, wie Wissensmanagement die Entwicklung eines Unternehmens zu einer Lernenden Organisation durch Implementierung einer starken Lernkultur realisieren kann, um den Bedingungen von Arbeit 4.0 gerecht zu werden.
