The original version of the book was inadvertently published with certain errors and there are some corrections. The chapter has now been corrected and approved by the author.

1. In page 28: The word [almost] was inadvertently missed. This is now added and the sentence now reads as:
“The TENG Ensemble is almost entirely composed of Singaporean Chinese musicians, and they are mainly concerned with promoting awareness of Chinese instruments and music.”
