Abstract
This chapter explores how diverging perceptions between a mentor and a mentee on the nature and content of feedback given in mentoring conversations have an impact on the menteeās learning from conversation. Our study gauges whether approaches to mentoring relate to congruency in perceptions on provided feedback.
