Abstract
The reproduction of sugar-piped figures, artistically designed in their many varied forms, affords numerous opportunities for the modern decorator. As one becomes further acquainted with the primary stages, this work never ceases to interest and inspire. Imaginative ability, coupled with creative modes or positional changes of the subject, could well be the foundation of successful figure craft. To meet a customer’s own particular requirements, piped figures such as birds, animals, or even scenes from any of our great sporting activities, bring not only a sense of achievement to the decorator, but also a delighted and very satisfied customer.
