Abstract

The timing and method of administration are important factors to be considered in order to obtain maximal antagonizing effect of anticholinesterase on neuromuscular blockade. The objective of this study is to seek for the optimal method for administration of anticholinesterase by investigating the effects of these 2 factors on antagonism of neuromuscular blockade.
