Abstract
Muscle relaxant-induced anaphylactoid reactions have been reported in many papers. Since the mast cells isolated from different anatomic sites may vary in their histamine release capacity when challenged with some drugs, we attempt to determine the different effect of six kinds of muscle relaxants on murine mucosal and connective tissue mast cells in vitro.
