Abstract
Rapid onset and haemodynamic stability are two main features required of an ideal neuromuscular blocker. Rocuronium has a short onset comparable to suxamethonium. In this study we investigated the cardiovascular effects following rapid sequence induction with 0.9mg kg-1 rocuronium.
