Zusammenfassung

Wenn der Unternehmer und die Organisation notwendige Bedingungen für lokale Wirt schaftsentwicklung sind, dann ist die Existenz eines unternehmerischen und innovativen Milieus die hinreichende Bedingung für ihren wirtschaftlichen Erfolg. Das Umfeld ist sowohl ein Ort als auch ein kollektiver Mechanismus, der eine Vielzahl von sozialen Ver bindungen begründet und erleichtert. Ferner sorgt das Milieu, dass ein Unternehmergeist entwickeln und gedeihen kann. Das Umfeld stellt die grundlegenden Ressourcen zur Ver fügung, die erforderlich sind, um Unternehmergeist in Wissen umzuwandeln und Unter nehmen ermöglichen, sich erfolgreich den Herausforderungen in der Knowledge Economy stellen zu können. In Kriminalromanen sind das Milieu bzw. die Unterwelt und die hier vorherrschenden Werte dafür entscheidend, ob in einer bestimmten Situation kriminell agiert wird.
