Zusammenfassung
Starke Marken kommunizieren über alle Kanäle hinweg ein ansprechendes und konsistentes Bild. Nicht nur die optimale Orchestrierung der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, sondern auch Kontaktpunkte der Konsumenten mit Vorständen, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern einer Marke tragen erfolgskritisch zu diesem Bild bei. In diesem Kapitel wird die Rolle des Top-Managements und der Führungskräfte bei der Durchsetzung von markenorientiertem Verhalten im Unternehmen besprochen. Ausgangspunkt bildet die Markenidentität. Sie muss von allen Unternehmensmitgliedern klar und einheitlich verstanden werden. Vorbildliches Verhalten, ein transformationaler Führungsstil, die Schaffung von Handlungsfreiräumen sowie das Agieren als Change Manager sind Instrumente, die Führungskräfte einsetzen können, um markenkonformes Verhalten zu erzielen. Kurze Praxisbeispiele verdeutlichen die theoretischen Grundlagen und hauchen ihnen Leben ein.
