Zusammenfassung
Die Kommunikationspolitik ist nach der Produkt- und Preispolitik der dritte Bereich der Marktbearbeitung. Dieser Bereich umfasst allgemein den gezielten Austausch von Informationen, die beim Empfänger eine bestimmte Wirkung erzielen sollen. Zu den Aufgaben der Kommunikationspolitik gehören daher vor allem die Analyse der Empfänger, die systematische Konzeption und die entsprechende Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie eine anschließende Erfolgskontrolle.
