Abstract
Das alte Marketing war eine Art Ordnungs-, Kategorisierungs- und Benennungswissenschaft, fast zwanghaft besetzt durch Struktur und Analyse. Das neuronale Erlebnismarketing konzentriert sich auf den Prosumenten, auf seine Emotionen. Sinnliches wird zum Sinn, AIDA zur Floskel und die Zielgruppen als management-strategisches Beruhigungsplacebo werden entlarvt. Alles, was gelogen wurde, stellt sich als Lüge heraus. Authentizität und sinnliche Wahrnehmung führen zum „share of heart“.
