Zusammenfassung
Bauteile und Strukturen sind vielfach zeitlich veränderlichen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Dabei können sich die Belastungsgrößen, z. B eine wirkende Kraft F, ein wirkendes Moment M, eine ins Bauteil eingeleitete Spannung ó, derart zeitlich ändern, dass eine Belastung mit konstanter Amplitude, Belastung mit variabler Amplitude oder eine einmalige Stoßbelastung vorliegt, siehe z. B. Kapitel 1.1. Wiederholte zeitliche Änderungen der Belastung führen unter bestimmten Bedingungen zum Ermüdungsrisswachstum. Stoßbelastungen können dagegen zum plötzlichen Bruch des Bauteils führen.
