Zusammenfassung
Das Prinzip der Microarray-Analyse beruht auf einer spezifischen Erkennung zweier DNA- oder RNAStränge. Ist die Sequenz einer Probe zu dem zu analysierenden RNA- oder DNA-Fragment komplementär, kann sie aufgrund der Watson-Crick-Basenpaarung selektiv hybridisieren. Die Detektion erfolgt anhand von Markierungen mit (Fluoreszenz-) Farbstoffen.
