Im Buchteil »Jugendliche als Beschuldigte in einem Strafverfahren« werden in einzelnen Kapiteln wichtige juristische und medizinische Grundlagen beschrieben, die zum Tragen kommen, wenn bei Jugendlichen strafrechtliche Bestimmungen angewandt werden. Dabei werden Aspekte des Sachverständigenwesens, der strafrechtlichen Verantwort lichkeit, der Prognoseerstellung und Risikoeinschätzung sowie transkulturelle Aspekte näher beleuchtet.
