Lohn- und Beschäftigungseffekte von europäischen Unternehmensfusionen

Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der von der EU-Wettbewerbspolitik angestrebten Stärkung des Wettbewerbs im europäischen Binnenmarkt nimmt die Regulierung von Unternehmensfusionen und Übernahmen eine zentrale Rolle ein. In diesem Zusammenhang wird die wirtschaftspolitische Debatte von der Frage der durch Fusionen und Übernahmen ausgelösten Lohn- und Beschäftigungseffekte sowohl bei den akquirierenden Unternehmen als auch bei den übernommenen Unternehmen dominiert.
