International Studies in Gender, State, and Society ihr zehnjähriges Bestehen — Grund genug, ihr in diesem Essay besondere Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken. Ein Zeitraum von zehn Jahren ist auch ausreichend lang, um die programmatische Ausrichtung einer Zeitschrift analysieren zu können.
