Institutionell hat das „Weltjudentum“ in der Jewish Agency (JA), wenn auch nur begrenzt, etwas mitzubestimmen. Die JA setzt sich aus Vorstandsmitgliedern der ZWO und einer ebenso starken Vertretung von nicht-zionistisch-jüdischen Organisaitonen zusammen (Stock, 1988)
