Die Interaktion zwischen Glukokortikoiden und den unterschiedlichen Kompartimenten des Immunsystems ist noch immer ein aktuelles Forschungsgebiet, wobei unser Kenntnisstand über interagierende bzw. synergistisch oder antagonistisch wirkende Prinzipien noch außerordentlich lückenhaft ist.
