Zusammenfassung
Psychische Störungen gehen nicht selten mit Somatisierung einher, die häufig Ausdruck eines vermindert integrierten Strukturniveaus sind. Davanloos Technik der Umstrukturierung ermöglicht bereits im Erstinterview multidimensionale Strukturänderungen, was am Fallbeispiel einer Patientin mit Depression und Somatisierung dargelegt wird. Die durch einen sexuellen Missbrauch in der Kindheit verursachte Psychopathologie der Patientin konnte im IS-TDP-Erstinterview offengelegt und wirksam bearbeitet werden.
