Ein 15-jähriger Jugendlicher aus Syrien mit seit 5 Jahren bekanntem Diabetes mellitus Typ 1 zeigt bei einer Kontrolluntersuchung niedrige HbA1c-Werte um 4,2 % auf. Ist der gemessene HbA1c-Wert hier valide als Langzeitkontrolle über den Blutzuckergehalt der letzten 6 Wochen?
