Zusammenfassung

In Ergänzung zu den in den Kapiteln dieses Abschnitts dargestellten gruppenpsychotherapeutischen Theorien wird hier abschließend auf den Aspekt der Gruppenleitung eingegangen, die zunächst eine Reihe spezifischer psychotherapeutischer Kompetenzen verlangt. Aufbauend auf einer (evtl. eher verfahrensorientierten) gruppenpsychotherapeutischen und einer (eher allgemeinen) gruppendynamischen Kompetenz lassen sich verschiedene Gruppenleitungsstrategien unterscheiden, die den empirischen Befunden der Gruppentherapieforschung zufolge, aber auch aus einer organisationspsychologischen Perspektive möglichst flexibel sein und den Bedürfnissen des Settings, Rahmens, der Patienten und des Gruppenprozesses gerecht werden sollten.
