Zusammenfassung

Hormonelle Störungen stellen eine häufige Ursache für frühe Schwangerschaftsverluste dar. Endokrine Faktoren, die am Abortgeschehen beteiligt sind, sind u.a. Diabetes mellitus, polycystisches Ovar-Syndrom (PCOS), Schilddrüsenfunktionsstörungen, Hyperprolaktinämie und luteale Insuffizienz. Es werden verschiedene Behandlungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt und Praxistipps gegeben.
