Zusammenfassung
Viele Menschen sind sich zwar ihres überhöhten Koffeinkonsums bewusst, schrecken jedoch davor zurück, den Konsum zu reduzieren, da sie bereits unangenehme Entzugserscheinungen erlebt haben, oder es sich einfach nicht zutrauen, auf ihren täglichen „Kick“ zu verzichten. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, dass – mit einigen Tricks und guter Vorbereitung – der Verzicht oder die Reduktion des täglich zu sich genommenen Koffeins gar nicht so schwierig ist.
