Abstract
Complaints are part of every-day business. Companies always find reasons to complain, even when they are doing well. But look at the bright side of it, at least this gives you the chance to change things. And you will find that people are more inclined to consider changes when they are not satisfied with a situation. In Materials Management this translates into reevaluating existing attitudes and approaches in order to contribute more to corporate success. Faced with this task it will not suffice to carry on whingeing about an all-too limited room for manoeuvre, particularly as people tend to create such limitations themselves. With this book we would like to encourage changes. But why should you take the risk?
