Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel geht es um den Ansatz, der 1969 von Grizzle, Starmer und Koch vorgeschlagen wurde. Er ist seitdem unter dem Namen GSK-Ansatz bekannt. Andere Bezeichnungen wie etwa Minimum-Chi-Quadrat-Methode oder gewichtete Regression beziehen sich auf das verwendete Schätzverfahren. Ganz allgemein kann man sagen, der GSK-Ansatz basiert auf einer Anwendung des allgemeinen linearen Modells auf kategoriale Daten. Das allgemeine lineare Modell ist die methodische Basis der Regressions- und Varianzanalyse mit metrischen abhängigen Merkmalen.
