Zusammenfassung

In der psychiatrischen Praxis spielt die Parkinson-Erkrankung in doppelter Hinsicht eine Rolle. Zum einen haben Patienten mit Morbus Parkinson häufig psychiatrische Begleitsymptome wie Depression und Psychosen. Zum anderen ist der Psychiater bei Patienten unter Neuroleptikatherapie nicht selten mit dem Medikamenten-induzierten Parkinsonoid konfrontiert.
