In der dreijährigen PELMOPET (Pergolid versus L-Dopa Monotherapie Positronen-Emissionstomographie)-Studie wurde eine Pergolid-Monotherapie des Morbus Parkinson mit einer Levodopa-Monotherapie hinsichtlich Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeit verglichen.
