Zusammenfassung
Pilze bilden außer Citronensäure, Gluconsäure und Gibberellinsäure viele andere Stoffwechselprodukte, besonders organische Säuren. Die Herstellung der meisten von ihnen hat jedoch augenblicklich nur eine geringe Bedeutung.
