Zusammenfassung
Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) erlebt eine eindrucksvolle Renaissance über den zunehmenden Einsatz in konkreten Produkten und Dienstleistungen. KI begegnet uns tagtäglich in unserer Arbeits- und Lebenswelt: Ob als Sprach- und Einkaufsassistenz im vernetzten Zuhause, als Robo-Advisor bei der Geldanlage oder als humanoider Helfer im Alter, immer ist Künstliche Intelligenz der Treiber. Der Beitrag skizziert die Potenziale von KI für die servicebasierte Geschäftsmodellinnovation und zeigt anhand konkreter Beispiele, wo KI zur Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Serviceinnovationen beitragen und den Kundennutzen konkret erhöhen kann.
