Zusammenfassung

Die fortschreitende Digitalisierung von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft transformiert Dienstleistungssysteme nachhaltig. Die Ergebnisse zweier Workshops veranschaulichen jedoch, dass es insbesondere traditionellen Unternehmen noch schwerfällt, die Potenziale der Digitalen Transformation zu erkennen und sie in konkreten Projekten zu realisieren. Der vorliegende Beitrag identifiziert Treiber und Hemmnisse der Digitalen Transformation und zeigt auf, wie die Chancen der Digitalisierung ergriffen werden können und wie der organisationale Wandel erfolgreich gestaltet werden kann.
