Zusammenfassung
Das von Toyota entwickelte THUMS v3-Menschmodell wird von unterschiedlichen Instituten und Firmen verwendet und weiterentwickelt. Im Rahmen des internationalen Konsortiums THUMS User Community (TUC) wurden Verbesserungen des Modells durchgeführt. So entstanden detailliertere Körperpartien wie Schulter, Thorax und Beine.
