Die Kernkompetenz eines Projektentwicklers sind das multidisziplinäre Management und die Koordination von Planungs-, Bau- und Vermarktungsprozessen mit dem Ziel der Wertschöpfung. Dieses Anforderungsprofil erfordert eine vielseitige Qualifikation und ein überdurchschnittliches Maß an Erfahrung.
