Zusammenfassung

Biographies of organizations are methodical difficult to analyse. This paper offers an overview on how biographies of organisations are describable. By referring to concepts of organizational-life-cycle and organizational change, the paper explores scopes and constraints to the methods for analysing narratives about the biographies of organizations.
