Zusammenfassung
Multiculturalism is a national trend these days. It is a hot potato in academic discourse, policymaking, and even in the media. All kinds of arguments and solutions flood into public discussion. A “specter of multiculturalism is haunting”, literally. Unbreakable myths of homogeneous nations ironically coexist with the fuzz of multiculturalism. It is too much trouble, even for a shallow Korean society. Such haste measures are taken without any deep understanding of multiculturalism, or the globalism that triggered this multicultural discourse.
