Zusammenfassung
Verständigung ist ein wesentliches Kriterium zur erfolgreichen Kommunikation zwischen Menschen und Systemen. Elementare Verständigung findet beispielsweise statt, wenn sich zwei Personen in derselben Muttersprache miteinander unterhalten. In diesem Sinn stellt die gemeinsam verwendete Sprache die interoperable Basis dar.
