Soziologische Inspektion einer modellgetriebenen Wissensformation

Zusammenfassung

Die mit den Bezeichnungen „Lucas-Kritik“ und „Rational Expectations Revolution“ verbundenen Veränderungen innerhalb der Mainstream-Makroökonomik, deren aktuellen Ausläufern in Form von DSGE-Modellen sich dieser Text zuwendet, sind bisher zu großen Teilen der soziologischen Aufmerksamkeit entgangen. Während es für ökonomische Fachvertreter ebenso wie für Dogmenhistoriker durchaus üblich ist, die Geschichte der modernen Makroökonomik in zwei Phasen einzuteilen, – „vor Lucas (1976) und nach Lucas (1976)“ (Michaelis 2013, S. 1) – lassen sich eine Reihe von Mutmaßungen anstellen, warum der Fokus soziologischer Beobachtung zumeist anders situiert war und ist.
