Zusammenfassung
Die potenziellen Vorteile der Arbeit in Gruppen oder Teams sind unbestritten und auch hinreichend bekannt. Sie sollen hier daher nicht aufgegriffen werden. Für Zielvereinbarungen sollte allerdings die Grundregel gelten, dass sie – wenn irgend möglich – am einzelnen Mitarbeiter festzumachen sind. Individualzielen ist also der grundsätzliche Vorzug vor Gruppenzielen zu geben.
Mit einer Hand lässt sich kein Knoten knüpfen.
