Zusammenfassung
Qualitätsvolle Versorgung im Krankenhaus basiert auf erfolgreicher Kommunikation. Wie wichtig Kommunikation ist, wird besonders deutlich dort, wo sie auf keinen Fall ohne spezifische Dienstleistung auskommt: zwischen Personen, die verschiedene Sprachen sprechen und Dolmetscher benötigen, um sich verständigen zu können. Diese Situation wird für Krankenhäuser zunehmend zur täglichen Herausforderung.
