Zusammenfassung
Gegenwärtige Trends in der Produktion sowie technische Entwicklungen wirken als wesentliche Wandlungstreiber auf die Rahmenbedingungen in der Fertigungsindustrie. Die sich damit ändernden Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter bezüglich des Umgangs mit neuen Technologien (im Speziellen die Produktionsmitarbeiter) sowie deren Qualifikations- und Kompetenzprofile können eine wesentliche Hürde für den erfolgreichen Transformationsprozess darstellen. Aus diesem Grund sind Integration, Motivation und Partizipation der Mitarbeiter in diesem Wandlungsprozess von enormer Bedeutung.
Dieser Beitrag diskutiert den Akzeptanzprozess während und nach der Einführung neuer Technologien, Aufgaben und Prozesse im Zuge des Transformationsprozesses gegenwärtiger Fabriken zu Fabriken der Zukunft. Zur Beschreibung dieser Transformation werden zu Anfang die Begriffe Akzeptanz, unternehmerische Innovation und Wandel definiert sowie deren theoretische Beziehung dargestellt, um einen spezifischen Rahmen für den Transformationsprozess zu generieren. Den Kern dieses Beitrags bilden erste theoretische Ergebnisse zur Mitarbeiterakzeptanz in Form eines Vorgehensmodells zur Begleitung des Wandels und zur Messung der Mitarbeiterakzeptanz im Paradigma der Industrie 4.0-Fabrik.
