Zusammenfassung
Führung wird zunehmend komplexer und anspruchsvoller. Führungskräfte müssen sich in einer dynamischen und teils paradoxen Welt zurechtfinden in der laufend Entscheidungen gefällt werden müssen. Das Erreichen von Zielen ist sowohl durch unsere bewussten und unbewussten Denkprozesse als auch durch unsere Selbstwirksamkeitsüberzeugung beeinflusst. Emotionen spielen bei der Entscheidungsfindung eine wichtige Rolle und können dadurch maßgebende Antreiber für das Erreichen der gewünschten Zukunft sein. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, Ideen und Denkanstösse zu liefern, wie durch lösungsfokussierte Führtung positive Erfahrungswerte geschaffen bzw. aktiviert werden können, die zu zielorientierten und handlungswirksamen Entscheidungen führen.
